Following in the footsteps of Salvador Dalí in Catalonia
Hello! Today we're visiting places related to one of the world's most famous and unique artists: Salvador Dalí.
We'll start at the Dalí Theatre-Museum in Figueres. It's an amazing place, where every detail sparks the imagination. Stairs, mirrors, strange sculptures, optical illusions... it's like stepping inside one of his paintings. Even if you're not a big art fan, there's plenty to see and photograph here.

The next stop is the house where Dalí was born.
It was recently opened to the public and now features an interactive audio guide that literally takes you through the artist's childhood. You hear stories, see objects that surrounded him as a child, and feel like you are right there beside little Salvador.
And finally, Cadaqués and Portlligat — a little gem on the coast
Here Dalí lived with his wife Gala, created his works, and drew inspiration from the seascapes.
The house is small but very cozy, with windows looking directly out onto the harbor. The view of the sea is especially beautiful at sunset. You understand why he loved this place so much and why many of his famous paintings were created here.
