Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations

  • Reservations are made through our website or directly via WhatsApp (+34 639 949 772).

  • Upon confirming the reservation, you will receive an email with the service details (meeting point, driver contact, estimated pickup time).

  • For any additional inquiries, you can write to us at asolvoyage@gmail.com.

 

2. Rates

  • Prices are fixed and confirmed at the time of booking.

  • There are no surcharges for traffic or waiting time under normal conditions.

  • Night transfers may have an additional supplement, indicated when confirming the reservation.

 

3. Services Included

  • Private and direct door-to-door transfer (without shared stops or detours).

  • Personalized reception at the airport, with a sign bearing the passenger's name if requested.

  • Exclusive vehicle for the client or group, with capacity according to the reservation made.

  • Real-time monitoring of flight arrival time to adjust pickup.

 

4. Vehicles

  • All vehicles are air-conditioned and equipped to guarantee comfort and safety.

  • We have options for bulky luggage, sports equipment, or special needs (with prior indication in the reservation).

  • Upon advance request, child seats or other travel accessories can be added.

 

5. Luggage

  • The price includes transport of standard luggage (regular-sized suitcases).

  • For additional or special luggage (sports equipment, musical instruments, etc.), advance notice is required.

 

6. Modifications and Cancellations

  • Modifications to schedule, destination, or number of passengers must be requested as far in advance as possible.

  • Cancellation is free if made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • In case of late cancellation or passenger no-show, a charge equivalent to 100% of the service amount may be applied.

 

7. Flight Delays

  • We monitor flight status in real time to adjust pickup without additional cost for delays.

  • In case of flight cancellation, the client must inform immediately to reschedule the service.

 

8. Conduct and Responsibility

  • Passengers must behave appropriately inside the vehicle and respect safety regulations.

  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted in the vehicles.

  • The company is not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle.

 

9. Service Availability

  • Transfers to and from airports, ports, train/bus stations.

  • Services by the hour or full days, transfers to events and private excursions.
